What this service does
This tool assesses your professional exposure to AI across six organisational dimensions. It is anonymous by design — no account, no email, and no personally identifiable information is required to use it.
What we collect
When you complete the paid assessment, we store: • An anonymous session identifier (your Stripe checkout session ID — a random token, not linked to your payment details) • Your answers to the questionnaire (role type, location, assessment responses) • The AI-generated report produced from those answers We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, or payment card details. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe.
IP addresses
To prevent abuse of the free preview, we temporarily record IP addresses for rate limiting. These records are automatically deleted after 48 hours and are never linked to paid reports.
How long we keep your data
• Questionnaire answers (raw responses): deleted automatically after 90 days • AI-generated report: deleted automatically after 1 year • IP rate-limit records: deleted automatically after 48 hours After these periods, no trace of your session remains in our database.
Who can access your data
Your data is stored in a secured database with row-level access controls. Only the application server can read or write records — no third party, no team member, has direct access to individual reports.
Third-party services
• Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe's own privacy policy) • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI report generation. Your answers are sent to the Claude API solely to generate your report. We have configured our API usage so that your data is not shared with Anthropic for any purpose, and your conversations are not used to train their models. • Supabase — database hosting (GDPR-compliant infrastructure based in the EU)
Your rights
You may request deletion of your report at any time by emailing privacy@aigovmap.com with your session ID (visible in your browser URL after completing the assessment). We will delete your record within 72 hours.
